HR project management support for mergers and TUPE transfers in and out of third sector organisations.
Reviewing pay and reward structures and conducting market pay reviews
Revising and drafting policies, procedures and other documentation including staff handbooks
Analysing and redefining executive director roles to emphasize corporate management, external relations, strategic management accountabilities and strengthen governance.
Advising on the TUPE and other HR implications during tender preparation.
