Rachel Crafts, Reward Consultant

Rachel Crafts, Fellow CIPD, is a senior reward consultant with considerable experience across different industry sectors. She has run the Reward, Performance & Recognition Practice of an HR Consultancy and been a senior internal HR projects consultant with a FTSE 100 insurance company. The list of projects Rachel has led is extensive and runs across all facets of Reward. This includes:

• Development of new compensation & benefits strategies
• Development & implementation of new pay and grading structures
• Creation of new benefits systems, including flexible benefits
• Market pay reviews and recommendation of competitive salary packages.

She is an acknowledged expert on job evaluation and equal pay issues and is a member of the ACAS Panel of Independent Experts providing advice to Employment Tribunals.

Rachel has also written extensively with Incomes Data Services on a wide range of HR and Reward issues.
