Joy Ferguson, International Executive Coach

Joy's passion is in enabling leaders to excel at work, helping them make major breakthroughs in achieving change and the powerful resolution of issues. She uses her extensive coaching skills, understanding of business dynamics and psychological depth to help senior people extend their capability, unleashing personal and organisational success.

With an extensive blue-chip business background, Joy's continuing success as a Coach spans 15 years in many contexts. She is a fully accredited APECS Coach and a visiting faculty member of Henley Management College - School of Coaching. Joy also has an MA in Counselling and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an NLP Master practitioner.
