Gary Hoyte Consulting Ltd offers human resources consultancy to clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
We have considerable experience of working with small and medium sized enterprises, both privately owned and third sector organisations, at all stages of the employment relationship, to achieve business aims, improve performance and resolve people management problems.
Our work with larger organisations includes the design, implementation and review of employee consultation arrangements, including briefing employee and management representatives, particularly for redundancy and TUPE exercises.
