Assignments have included:

Working with chief executives, HR directors and employees to create and implement staff consultation mechanisms.

Undertaking employee attitude surveys for clients in the private and voluntary sectors.

Working with private businesses and charities to plan and implement restructuring exercises.

Briefing employee representatives for TUPE and collective redundancy consultation exercises in for example the NHS, charities, pharmaceutical, energy, IT and BPO companies


And when disengagement is an issue:

Supporting senior management to investigate and resolve employee relations issues including individual disciplinary and grievance cases.
